During the visit University Grant Commission for the inspection of Physical & Academic Infrastructure of Invertis University, Bareilly Uttar Pradesh, the inspecting committee included a nominee from AICTE appointed by the UGC team itself. And as per the judgment of Hon’ble Supreme Court in reference to Appeal (civil) 2056 of 1999, there is no separate approval required from AICTE if the University has been inspected & approved under section 2(f) UGC Act, 1956
