Cloud computing and cybersecurity are becoming increasingly important in our digital
world, as the use of technology across the globe grows and more data needs to be
securely stored and managed.
The four-year B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering (Cloud Computing and Cyber
Security) programme offered by the Department of Computer Science & Engineering
covers the fundamentals of computer science, computer programming and software
engineering. Core topics in the syllabus include operating systems, computer networks,
algorithms, databases, network security, artificial intelligence, and cloud computing.
The Cloud aspects of the programme include SaaS, Cloud Migration, Cloud Scripting using
PaaS, Hybrid Cloud Computing and more. The programme also delves into security aspects
of computer systems such as Security Standards and Framework, Cyber Forensics, Web
Security, and Cloud Security.
