Job Profile:
An experienced and responsible professional to oversee the University Transport Department, ensure efficient bus fleet management, maintain compliance with safety standards, and provide timely transport support to students, staff, and administration.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Maintain documents and records of all buses.
- Ensure completion and accuracy of transport-related data and reports.
- Attend calls from drivers at any hour of the day and resolve urgent issues.
- Handle transport-related complaints from students, parents, staff, and drivers; provide effective resolutions.
- Maintain and manage transport-related databases.
- Inspect bus conditions regularly and report for necessary actions.
- Oversee periodical maintenance of buses and coordinate major repairs as required.
- Report directly to the Director Administration.
