A Bachelor’s of Business Administration- Bachelors of Law (BBA LLB) degree is an integrated programme which is designed to prepare students to understand and handle the complexities of the legal aspects of the business world.
The five-year Integrated BBA LLB programme offered by the Department of Law encompasses a variety of topics such as business law, constitutional law, criminal law and contracts, tort and property laws, administrative law, labour law, taxation, company law, and land law. Through this programme, students explore the legal, ethical, regulatory and strategic aspects of business/corporate governance. They will be able to identify and analyse the legal issues of the business world, develop strategies to respond to the legal challenges, and understand the legal environment of both domestic and international business.
The BBA LLB programme offers a rich balance of theoretical and practical learning. Students will gain hands-on experience through various activities such as moot courts, workshops, seminars, internships, guest lectures, etc. This programme also provides students with an interdisciplinary education and develops transferable skills that are valuable to employers in any sector.
