The Department of Management organized a fun and engaging event titled "Back to Back Drawing Activity", designed to enhance communication and collaboration skills among students. In this indoor activity, participants worked in pairs—one describing an image and the other attempting to draw it without seeing it. The activity emphasized the importance of clear communication, active listening, and teamwork in a playful yet meaningful way.

Training Instructions (Indoor Activity):

  • Participants sat back-to-back, without seeing each other’s papers
  • One student (describer) described an image placed in front of them
  • The other (drawer) had to draw based on the verbal instructions only
  • The drawer was not allowed to ask any questions
  • Each session ran for 5 minutes
