The Fish and Fisherman activity was conducted as a fun and engaging team-building exercise. Designed to sharpen quick decision-making and risk management skills, the game divided students into two groups: Fish and Fishermen. As the Fish tried to avoid capture by moving strategically, the Fishermen aimed to trap them within a closing circle—simulating risk versus survival scenarios.
This dynamic exercise not only served as an excellent icebreaker but also fostered essential skills such as teamwork, coordination, leadership, and conflict resolution. While some participants needed encouragement to engage with full sportsmanship, the overall atmosphere remained lively and enriching.
The activity successfully highlighted the importance of proactive planning and adaptive thinking in unpredictable situations, offering valuable lessons in managing uncertainty in real-world contexts.
