The Department of B.Com, Faculty of Management, Invertis University, in collaboration with the Corporate Resource Center, organized an Industrial Visit to Yakult Danone India Pvt. Ltd., Sonipat on 25th September 2025 for students of B.Com (H) and B.Com (2nd & 3rd Year).
The visit aimed to provide practical exposure and connect classroom learning with real-world industry practices. Students were guided by Mr. Vivek Gupta and Mr. Ravi Verma throughout the visit. Ms. Harshita Garg delivered an informative presentation on the company, probiotic drinks, production, marketing, and distribution processes. This was followed by a guided tour of key units including Seed Room, Quality Control, Bottle Moulding, Machine Room, and Packaging Room, led by Ms. Mehak Garg and Mr. Shagun Rana.
Students also learned about Dr. Minoru Shirota and the development of Yakult, gaining hands-on insights into production technology, quality assurance, and industrial operations. The visit was conducted under the guidance of Dr. Umesh Gautam, Mr. Parth Gautam, and other university leaders, and proved to be highly enriching and informative.
