Guest Lecture on “Management of Livestock”
The Department of Agriculture, Invertis University, organized a Guest Lecture on “Management of Livestock” on 5th August 2025 at Academic Block–3. The session was delivered by Dr. Hari Om Pandey, Senior Scientist at the ICAR–Indian Veterinary Research Institute, Bareilly.
Dr. Pandey highlighted that livestock management goes beyond animal care, encompassing strategies to optimize health, productivity, and sustainability. He emphasized how smart livestock management not only enhances farm profitability but also plays a vital role in ensuring food security and supporting rural development.
