Guest Lecture on 'Processing of Dairy, Cocoa, and Sugar Confectioneries'

The Department of Agriculture, Invertis University, organized a Guest Lecture cum Workshop on the topic “Processing of Dairy, Cocoa, and Sugar Confectioneries” on 26th September 2025.The session was conducted by Mr. Vakkalagadda Ravi Kumar, General Manager (R&D), Namaste India Foods (RSPL Group), who shared valuable insights into modern processing techniques and practical aspects of dairy, cocoa, and confectionery industries. The lecture also included product demonstrations, providing students with an enriching blend of academic and industry exposure. The event was coordinated by Er. Abhirup Mitra, Assistant Professor, and co-coordinated by Dr. Rahul Kumar Sharma, Assistant Professor, Department of Agriculture.
